Having worked with Jehad and the Hi Class team in the construction of my own home in Greystanes as well as in the development of a site in St Mary’s, consisting of 6 townhouses – Jehad just took all of the stress out of the jobs for us. Not only was the communication open and honest, the end results exceeded all expectations we had placed on both jobs.
Living in the home Hi Class built for us is amazing! We are thoroughly enjoying the space, the layout, design and all that the home has to offer. We couldn’t be happier with the 6 townhouses as well. The development was completed to specification, on-time and the profit was beyond our expectation, which I credit to Jehad’s meticulous nature and the quality of workmanship and materials used in the project. Buyers were bidding against each other, keen to secure a quality townhouse of their own. I would recommend Hi Class Project Management to anyone wanting build their own unique home or engage a co-operative, knowledgeable builder for a development.

I engaged Hi Class Project Management to complete a 12 town house development for me as I was impressed with other jobs and referrals I had been provided. Having now gone through the process of building 12 townhouses with Hi Class and Jehad at the helm I am incredibly grateful that I engaged such an experienced builder who dealt with the many challenges we faced on the job with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
