New Home Build – Greystanes, NSW.

This project entailed the build of a 51m2, 2 storey residential, 5 bedroom home with basement. We utilised a Zego foam wall construction and concrete for the entire build. Zego is an insulated concrete form which stays in place without any additional mortar or glue. Zego provides superior structural strength, sound reduction, insulation properties that are ten times more efficient than brick walls, superior fire rating and is cyclone rated, rodent, termite and mildew resistant.

Home Renovation – Glenbrook, NSW.

Renovation of a residential home in Glenbrook – consisting of an extension to the overall home, added 3 x new bathrooms and renovated the main bathroom in the home, extended the existing garage and added new roofing to the extension plus refurbishment of the existing roofing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Development – 6 townhouses Adelaide St St Mary’s, NSW.

Each townhouse specification is: 128m2, double storey, open kitchen & living area, 3 Bedrooms – main with ensuite, main bathroom, powder room downstairs, double tandem garage with internal access, court yard and laundry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Development – 12 townhouses Australia St St Mary’s, NSW.

Development – Villas Colyton, NSW.

Project required stripping out of an existing home and construction of a set of villas to specification.

 

 

 

 

 

Bathroom Renovation

Complete demolition and construction of a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Bath was raised on a platform and all fixtures and fittings were designed and purchased in conjunction with the home owner.
