From our initial site inspection and conceptualization of your dream through to our after sales (six month) maintenance and support period – you become a welcomed and valued member of a professional home building team.
We work with you to:
- Establish your design requirements and budget
- Collate detailed information to the local authority to streamline approval
- Establish engineering and structural requirements
- Provide a fixed fee quote to cover all aspects of our process
- Advise on all statutory fees including council/drainage/energy efficiency fees and BSA insurance
- Complete colour selections, kitchen and vanity designs and flooring selections
- Outline a full and complete construction program
- Provide surety and support with our successful after-sales service
- Conduct all projects in accordance with our Hi Class Environmental Policies.
